Rhythmic Gymnastics and Dance classes
A fun and energetic classes, unique mix of rhythmic gymnastics and dance performance, especially created for children: girls from 5 years old, from beginners to advanced. Children will learn basic gymnastics skills: cartwheels, bridges, splits… and moves according with music, show different characters, dance steps from different dances and work with rhythmic apparatus: rope, hoop, ribbon, ball, clubs. Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport, that combines elements of gymnastics, dance and apparatus manipulation such as rope, ball, hoop, ribbon…. It gives children flexibility, freedom of movement, strength, elegance and co-ordination.
Rhythmic Gymnastics Classes resume from September 2025:
Wednesday 3rd September 2025 from 4pm – for all levels gymnasts
Friday 5th September from 4pm – for 5-8yo Beginners gymnasts & all levels competitive gymnasts by invitation
Saturday 6th September from 1pm – all levels competitive gymnasts by invitation

There are a limited number of places. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Confirmation of booking will be sent by email.
For Gymnastics: Booking and trial class are Free, next classes during 1st month – payment on the door to the Coach, after monthly payment by BT.
Classes taught by highly qualified and experienced British Gymnastics Coaches Katherine and Anna. All Coaches are DBS(CRB) checked.
